Wedding Rental Fees

Please contact the Trustee Board for specific Wedding Rental Fees.

The fees are for opening the church, waiting time, cleaning the sanctuary and multi-purpose hall.

In addition to the fees quoted by the Trustee, the Pastor charges a separate fee. Please consult the Pastor regarding his fee.

The church will provide tables, chair and use of the kitchen. An additional deposit of $50.00 will be required for the use of the kitchen. The deposit will be returned upon inspection of the kitchen.

The reception must end four (4) hours after the time stated in the contract.

The rehearsal must not exceed two (2) hours and not more than four (4) hours if rehearsal dinner is included.

A deposit of one-half of quoted fees must be paid on the date of signing the contract and the balance must be paid two (2) weeks before the wedding date.

Please immediately notify the Director of Churchwide Programs of any changes in date(s) and time(s).

Please contact the Director of Churchwide Programs no later than one (1) week prior to the wedding to re-confirm your wedding date and time, and all other rehearsal dates and times.

If the wedding is cancelled, a fee of $25.00 will be assessed if the Director of Churchwide Programs is not notified in a timely manner.
